PATAGO has been amazing to deal with. We had a couple of tours booked with them. I didn’t have a chance to reconfirm anything when I got to BA so I had to trust that all would go well. Everything went seamlessly. Every staff member was professional and knowledgeable and personable. This holds true from the drivers to the tour guides to the office staff. I would definitely recommend PATAGO to everyone.

Engaging with Magdalene was an absolute pleasure and my whole experience with the itinerary was fabulous. I had a wonderful long day out birding with my two guides Javier and Andre who were very knowledgeable and got to see so many different species of birds. Margarita was also a another lovely guide and everything went as planned and the whole experience was seamless and would highly recommend them and use them again.

You guys saved my butt. We were scheduled to go to Antarctica but the cruise was cancelled after we arrived in Buenos Aires due to a Covid outbreak. In about 6 hours, Ana and Lucia put together the most amazing tour of this fabulous country. We traveled to Ushuaia, El Calafate, Salta, Purmamarca, Cafayate, Cachi, and Iguazu. There was incredible hiking, glaciers, salt flats, wineries and waterfalls. We also saw an incredible display of wildlife. We were delivered to and met at the airport on time each new place and most of our tours were with a private guide. The price was more than acceptable and a terrific bargain. Thank you all again for a wonderful experience.

PATAGO and Fermin are the best kept secret in Argentina. Fermin went above and beyond with everything I asked about. He put us in touch with the best guides in Buenos Aires and in Tigre and was so lovely to work with. Do not hesitate for a second if you are debating to go with PATAGO. PATAGO did a great job of setting up our itinerary for Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls prior to flying to Ushuaia for our Falklands, South Georgia and Antarctic Peninsula cruise. Accommodations and tours were excellent!

We actually were scheduled on an Antarctic Cruise that was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID last minute. Fermin and his company in Buenos Aires was tasked to take care of 100 plus passengers rebooking, hotel, flight, transportation reservations, COVID tests etc. He single-handedly managed all of this – working 24/7 – responding to every request, e-mail, phone-call within minutes. I would put my life in his hands any day. We were very impressed with how he took care of us – in addition to all the other customers. For future travels to Argentina and other South America destinations, I know who to contact.

My PATAGO travel agent Fermin went above and beyond for me during my trip to Argentina. The hotels, drivers, tours guides he arranged for me were all top notch. The guides for Buenos Aires city tour and the Iguazu guided tour were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very well taken care of.

We did a 2 weeks trip in Patagonia and everything was perfect. All the operators were sharp on time and executed flawlessly the services. We were always informed and reminded of the meeting time and pick-up locations. The local operators were very competent, super nice and made our experience unforgettable. We were getting ping from PATAGO every now and then to ensure that everything was running fine. We got also quite lucky with weather that made the travel unforgettable.
