Fermin was incredible. I lost my toiletries bag on my flight and he was able to help me order new contact lenses before my trip. He went above and beyond!

We did a 2 weeks trip in Patagonia and everything was perfect. All the operators were sharp on time and executed flawlessly the services. We were always informed and reminded of the meeting time and pick-up locations. The local operators were very competent, super nice and made our experience unforgettable. We were getting ping from PATAGO every now and then to ensure that everything was running fine. We got also quite lucky with weather that made the travel unforgettable. Engaging with Magdalene was an absolute pleasure and my whole experience with the itinerary was fabulous. I had a wonderful long day out birding with my two guides Javier and Andre who were very knowledgeable and got to see so many different species of birds. Margarita was also a another lovely guide and everything went as planned and the whole experience was seamless and would highly recommend them and use them again.

All I can say is WOW for the service we received using Ana at PATAGO. She was very detailed oriented to our needs and the package that was put together for us to explore Ushuaia before our expedition to Antarctica, the days in BA and the trip to Iguazu Falls were without a flaw. The guides were all on time for tours and the pickups at the airports were there holding a sign with our name. This was worth a million dollars in country you are not fluent in the language. You guys saved my butt. We were scheduled to go to Antarctica but the cruise was cancelled after we arrived in Buenos Aires due to a Covid outbreak. In about 6 hours, Ana and Lucia put together the most amazing tour of this fabulous country. We traveled to Ushuaia, El Calafate, Salta, Purmamarca, Cafayate, Cachi, and Iguazu. There was incredible hiking, glaciers, salt flats, wineries and waterfalls. We also saw an incredible display of wildlife. We were delivered to and met at the airport on time each new place and most of our tours were with a private guide. The price was more than acceptable and a terrific bargain. Thank you all again for a wonderful experience.
